Pour visualiser les informations de Php chez 1and1, il faut se rendre sur la page :
http://www.mondomaine.com/logs/info.php
et s'authentifier avec les login/pwd du compte ftp.

Pour forcer Php 5 dans le .htaccess, il faut ajouter la ligne :
